  Yes. A person can make derogatory and or discriminatory remarks against ANY race - including their own. And a person can favor a race and or hate a race that is - or isn't - their own.
  

  When I use the word "racism" here is the general definition I'm operating under (which is the most common):

  It's unfortunate you didn't bother to read the report as it SPECIFICALLY address' this point. It found that black people are stopped and not charged with a crime far more than white people.

  
  

  
  

  I don't see anything in the OP's link that would enable one to distinguish between the two possibilities in the problem I posed, i.e. are Baltimore law enforcement unfairly discriminating against local African-Americans or is it the case that African-American people are more likely than white people to commit crime in Baltimore?

  my question, why would one immigrate to the west and refuse to adopt the western cultural?.

  if you believe our way of life is so degenerated why bring your family to this place.. in a very close 5-4 vote, the city of irving ruled to back the texas state bill banning foreign.

  The vast majority of Muslims immigrating to the US DON'T believe this. They're not coming here to inact Sharia Law. They're coming here to escape it.

  I would also point out that no Muslim refugee coming to the US has ever been involved in a domestic terrorist attack.

  The US Justice Department just released findings from their investigation of the Baltimore Police Department. As 40% of the force is comprised of black officers some thought they'd be "immune" to racial bias. It turns out black cops can be just as racist - if not more racist - against black people than white cops. The study recommends strong community policing rather than simply hiring more black officers. The study found, among many things, that;

  1. Officers routinely used unreasonable and excessive force, including against juveniles and citizens who were not dangerous or posing an immediate threat
  2. Black residents account for roughly 84% of stops although they represent 63% of the city's population
  • Black residents make up 95% of the 410 people stopped at least 10 times by officers between 2010 and 2015
  • Police stopped 34 black residents 20 times, and seven black residents 30 times or more, between 2010 and 2015. No individuals of any other race were stopped more than 12 times
  • In addition to pat-downs, Baltimore officers perform unconstitutional public strip searches, including searches of people who are not under arrest

  this is one of the most insightful articles i've read in a long time about the religious police in saudi arabia.

  some really eye opening stuff about what it's like to live under sharia law and the problems it creates - even for the head of the commission for the promotion of virtue and the prevention of vice in mecca.. definitely worth the read!.

  I think the Saudi Government is the religious crazies. They have very strict religious laws and excessive punishments for minor infractions.

Some really eye opening stuff about what it's like to live under Sharia Law and the problems it creates - even for the head of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice in Mecca.

  Liberty is a great means to an end. We use our liberties to promote societal health and human happiness. But my problem with the Libertarian movement is they completely flip it around and value liberty OVER societal health and happiness.

  Liberty - in degrees - is fundamental to fairness and equality. But liberty - as an absolute - is just plain chaos. We live in societies because we know that working together we can achieve exponential more than if we all worked on our own. And Libertarianism seems to ignore this basic truth. Freedom is about how we can all work together with the maximum amount of liberty. But freedom isn't infinite liberty.

  while trying to have a conversation with a trump supporter today i realized the person knew next to nothing about the us constitution, world events, trumps flip-flops, hillary's e-mails, etc.. i have sense decided it is much easier to do absolutely no research and boldly make broad proclamations rather than read up on a particular topic and make concise points.

  as such, i will now be telling you why tim kaine was the worst governor new jersey has ever had:.

  under tim kaine new jersey gdp dropped by 97%.. humming birds were able to penetrate restricted airspace.. the bridge to missouri kept getting closed.. he made the state look weak by having a state flower.. all the hard working i-pad miners lost their jobs.. and he set up obamacare death panels that were run by isis in planned parenthood vegan centers..
